The blade is steel, single-stopped-fuller (both sides), single-cutting-edge with short false-edge towards the tip. 16" Parkerized Blade which has been re-sharpened. Left blade ricasso marked R.I.A. (Rock Island Arsenal) over ordnance Logo over 1917, opposite side US over serial number. Original Walnuthandle slabs remain in mint condition. Locking mechanism functions without issue.
